Last updated: March 10, 2026 · Effective for Valley Electronics LLC and daysy.me
This privacy policy explains what personal information Valley Electronics LLC ("we", "us", "Daysy") collects when you visit daysy.me or use our products, why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have. We wrote this in plain language because we think you should be able to understand it without a lawyer.
We collect the minimum amount of information needed to run the site, process orders, and support customers. That includes:
We don't collect the readings from your Daysy device unless you actively sync them to the DaysyDay app and create an account. Your cycle data, if you sync it, is stored on Swiss servers under Swiss privacy law and GDPR. We don't sell it. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't let it train other companies' algorithms. If you don't use the DaysyDay app, your readings never leave your device.
When you visit daysy.me, we use a cookie consent banner (Cookiebot) that asks whether you want to allow analytics, marketing, or preference cookies. Only strictly-necessary cookies are set by default. Nothing else runs unless you opt in.
Within Valley Electronics, only staff who need to help you have access to your order and contact information. Outside Valley Electronics, we work with a small number of processors: our payment provider, our shipping partners, our email platform, and our support ticket system. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, request a copy of it in a portable format, and ask us to delete it. If you have a DaysyDay app account and want your cycle data deleted, you can request that too. Contact our support team to make any of these requests.
For any privacy question, write to privacy@daysy.me or use the contact form. If you're in the EU, you can also reach our EU representative through the details listed on our Imprint page.
We'll update this page when the policy changes and note the effective date at the top. Significant changes will also be communicated by email or by a banner on the site.
